Whether you’re looking to build strength, improve your posture, or move with greater confidence, you’ll receive expert guidance with a personal, encouraging touch.
Reformer Pilates is a dynamic, full-body workout that builds strength, improves posture, and enhances flexibility while using the spring-loaded Reformer machine. Each session is tailored to your needs, with a focus on control, alignment, and mindful movement.
Available as solo or duet sessions on two side-by-side Reformers, this is perfect for solo training or sharing with a partner, friend, or family member (parent & teen combos welcome!).

BARRE
Barre is all about deep, targeted strength. Expect small, controlled movements that isolate and tone - with that signature shake and burn in all the right places. Each session will sculpt your core, glutes, arms, and legs.
With expert guidance and personalised adjustments, you’ll build strength, stamina, and serious muscle tone, one pulse at a time.

MAT PILATES & SCULPT
Mat Pilates blends classical structure with modern movement for a full-body workout that starts from your core. Expect deep muscle engagement, improved posture, and a focused burn using just your bodyweight, breath, and precision.
Sculpt builds on your Pilates foundation, adding heavier weights, resistance bands, and strength-based sequencing. It's slow, deliberate, and seriously effective. This class is designed to challenge your muscles, boost definition, and leave you feeling powerful.

All private mat-based sessions (including Barre, Mat Pilates, and Sculpt) can be booked as Mummy & Me sessions, specifically designed for postnatal bodies. Bring your baby along and enjoy building strength, improving functional fitness, and bonding during your workout.

Hi, I’m Elena -- a certified Pilates instructor, longtime spin coach, and someone who’s loved movement since I was a teen. For years, I worked in television development and production, helping to bring stories to life on screen. But off-screen, I always turned to fitness as my way to recharge, connect, and feel grounded.
Now, I’ve taken that same creative energy and poured it into Magnolia Fitness, a private studio designed to help you feel strong, present, and lit up from the inside out. Whether we’re sculpting on the mat, flowing on the Reformer, or pulsing at the barre, my goal is to help you move with intention and joy.
With a storyteller’s eye for detail and connection, I create workouts that are thoughtful, energising, and supportive. Magnolia is a bright, welcoming space, and I can’t wait to share it with you.
The Magnolia Studio
Step into a calm, light-filled space designed to inspire movement and focus your energy. With soft sage green and cream tones, the studio features two Align Pilates reformers and a curated selection of Onyx fitness equipment -- including weights, bands, and props.
